Brief Role:

We re hiring a Principal Materials Scientist to take a key leadership role in shaping our core technology. You won t just be running experiments you ll be driving the materials RD roadmap for a product that can transform global industry. This is a high-ownership, high-impact position at the heart of our deep-tech mission.

Experience: 7 15 years
Qualification: PhD / M.Tech / B.Tech in Materials Science or equivalent
Your Role:
- Lead materials selection, testing, and optimization for ultra-high-temperature systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to shape core product design
- Translate lab-scale insights into robust, scalable industrial solutions
What we re looking for:




- PhD or Master s in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in high temp materials
- Strong first-principles thinking, hands-on experimentation, and execution ability
- Deep conviction in climate impact and a hunger to build something that lasts
