Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage loan portfolio quality, and ensure solid collections. The role requires achieving business targets while maintaining full regulatory and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Drive loan sourcing, disbursement, and overall business growth.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Supervise loan processing, documentation, KYC, and disbursement.
- Monitor EMI collections, overdue accounts, and portfolio health.
- Ensure strong collection efficiency and control PAR/NPA levels.
- Lead, guide, and manage branch staff performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI regulations.
- Track branch profitability,



expenses, and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate operational, credit, and fraud risks.
- Review and submit regular branch performance reports.
- Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance adherence.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or any other.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Experience in branch operations, lending, or collections preferred.
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle and customer management.
- Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-driven with strong analytical ability.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML and NBFC compliance preferred.
