Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end execution of assigned project site activities, ensuring completion within approved timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements while coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and monitor day-to-day site activities as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities at site.

• Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and achieve milestone completion within planned timelines.

• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure optimum productivity.

• Coordinate material planning, receipt, storage, and consumption at site.

• Ensure timely availability of construction equipment, machinery, and resources.

• Conduct daily site reviews and resolve execution issues to prevent delays.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and internal departments for smooth project execution.





• Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) requirements and promote a zero-incident culture.

• Monitor quality inspections, testing, and documentation throughout project execution.

• Verify subcontractor measurements, bills, and work completion certificates.

• Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives by minimizing wastage and rework.

• Ensure proper documentation, site records, and handover documentation are maintained.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

• 8 to 14 years of experience in project execution/site management. • Experience in EPC, Renewable Energy, Transmission, Power, or Infrastructure Projects

• Should possess excellent project management skills

• Should have working knowledge in MS Project / Primavera
