Jewellery Factory Manager Roles & Responsibilities (Short)
- Plan and supervise daily jewellery production.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize defects.
- Manage workers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Control the use of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other materials to reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with design, production, stores, and sales teams.
- Monitor inventory and production records.
- Ensure machinery is properly maintained.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Jewellery, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Robust knowledge of jewellery production processes and quality standards.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan production, manage inventory, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/software used in jewellery manufacturing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
