Milestone Technologies is seeking a Director, Sales to lead client engagement efforts with an enterprise level bioscience organization from our offices in Hyderabad, India. Responsibilities will include driving revenue growth and expanding strategic relationships to capture larger scale technology programs that support a global pharmaceutical organization. This role serves as a senior client-facing leader, accountable for revenue acceleration, executive-level stakeholder management, and close partnership with both Milestone Client Executive and Delivery Leadership to ensure aligned growth, strong client satisfaction, and successful execution of strategic initiatives. Must have demonstrated experience selling and partnering with Life Sciences and Pharma India GCC’s.

The ideal candidate must have a proven record of closing high-profile deals, defining operating rhythms for a sales organization, and partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline and sales growth. Passionate about revenue growth through experimentation and operating at the intersection of data,



inbound and outbound sales development, and new GTM technologies – including the use of automation and AI. Most importantly, you set a high standard for performance, are analytically driven, intellectually curious, and lead with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth and Acceleration

• Own and drive revenue growth across the global pharma account.

• Identify, develop, and close recent business opportunities that expand the client relationship.

• Build and execute account growth strategies aligned to client priorities and business objectives.

• Partner with internal teams to shape and pursue high-value opportunities at scale.

• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and proactively identify risks and growth gaps.
