Role & responsibilities
- Assist the key personnel in supervising and monitoring all site activities.
- Ensure that construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and report work status to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain site records, measurements, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Should be well-versed in site supervision and construction activities.
- Must have worked on at least one major highway project.
- Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
