Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform phacoemulsification surgery with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for patients undergoing cataract removal or other ophthalmic procedures.
- Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on latest advancements in phaco technology and techniques to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and treatment plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience as a Phaco Surgeon or related field.
- Medical degree (MS/MD) from an accredited institution.
- Diploma of National Board (DNB) in Ophthalmology or equivalent qualification.
- Solid knowledge of phacoemulsification surgery principles and practices.
