Role & responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment of blue collar employees NAPS Trainee and organize trainings as per plan and ensure adherence to training calendar
- Carry out PMS activities as per plan and ensure timely closing of PMS cycle
- Carry out employee welfare activities as per plan
- Provide support in manpower planning of the plant
- Ensure adherence to training mandays as per group guidelines
- Review labor productivity of plants and monitor the wage cost of Business Vertical and identify means to reduce it via renewing existing contract rates andor identifying recent contractors
- Ensure adherence to statutory legal and labour compliances Factories Act CLRA
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and evaluating contractor performance on monthly basis




- Resolve employee grievances at plant and Coordinate with corporate to resolve disputes with employee trade unions
- Liaison with government authorities at respective location
- Keeping a track of IR issues in neighbouring industries and analysing possible impact on the organisation
- Prepare annual budget for HRIR and Administration for respective plants and ensure adherence to the same

Ensure ontime monthly legal and statutory returns and maintenance of all Statutory records
