About The Job
As a Field Sales Executive, you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and help them make informed financial decisions. This is customer-facing role that combines relationship building, consultative selling, and field Operations.
Role Expectations
Working Days: 6-day work week.
Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday(no weekend offs).
Travel: Daily field travel of approximately 50-100 km within the assigned territory.
Customer Meetings: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings per day, subject to lead availability.
Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence are preferred for effective field mobility.
Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and company mobile applications.
