We are looking for a detail-oriented Automation Voice Test Engineer to lead and
execute manual and automated testing of voice and data protocols. This role




involves validating telecom features, writing test plans, and ensuring
high-quality releases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform manual and/or automated testing of voice protocols on ONTs, OLTs, and
modems.
* Develop and maintain test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, or Abacus.
* Write test cases, prepare test plans, and execute regression and release
testing.
* Debug and validate issues in collaboration with development teams.
* Contributes to continuous improvement of test processes and tools.

VOICE-SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manual & Automated Testing of SIP, MGCP, H.248: Validate voice protocol
implementations on ONTs, OLTs, and modems.
* IPTV (IGMP), SS7, DOCSIS: Testing legacy telephony, and cable modem
technologies.
* Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain test scripts using Python,
Robot Framework, and Abacus scripting.
* Test Equipment: Use tools like Ameritec Fortissimo, Aba
