Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Reporting Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP Prepare financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Ensure monthly quarterly and yearly closings Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits 2 Payables and Receivables Process vendor payments and ensure reconciliation Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding dues Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers periodically 3 Statutory Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST TDS PT PF and ESIC Coordinate with auditor and legal advisors for compliance approval sops etc Manage data and documentation for inspections and assessments 4 Budgeting MIS Assist in annual budgeting and cost control Generate monthly MIS for management decisions Analyze variances and suggest corrective actions 5 Treasury Banking Manage daily cash flow and bank transactions Prepare bank reconciliations and manage deposits loans Maintain good relationships with bank representatives
