JOB DESCRIPTION:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – FULL STACK TO JOIN OUR
HIGH-PERFORMING TECHNOLOGY TEAM. THIS IS A DEEPLY TECHNICAL, HANDS-ON ROLE
SUITED FOR SOMEONE WHO THRIVES ON SOLVING COMPLEX ENGINEERING PROBLEMS, TAKES
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE AND CODING DECISIONS, AND CONTRIBUTES
MEANINGFULLY ACROSS THE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE—FROM DESIGN AND INTEGRATION TO TESTING
AND CI/CD.

AS A STAFF ENGINEER, YOU WILL SERVE AS A SENIOR INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR, EXPECTED
TO INDEPENDENTLY ARCHITECT AND DEVELOP SOPHISTICATED SOFTWARE SYSTEMS WHILE
GUIDING TECHNICAL CHOICES, MENTORING PEERS, AND CHAMPIONING ENGINEERING
EXCELLENCE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

END-TO-END ENGINEERING

* Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications using Python,
ReactJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django, TypeScript, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL,




Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS),
Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

* Translate functional and nonfunctional business requirements into secure,
high-performance software solutions.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to
engineering best practices and coding standards.

* Contribute to improvements in application performance, scalability, and
maintainability across the technology stack.

SOFTWARE DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE

* Design and develop scalable software components, APIs, and backend services.

* Create technical design documentation and collaborate with engineering teams
on architecture decisions.

* Enhance existing applications by modernizing legacy systems and implementing
scalable architectural patterns.

* Participate in technical design reviews and recommend improvements to
performance and reli
