At EY you ll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are with the global scale support inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you And we re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better too Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself and a better working world for all JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Reconciliation Support Summary of Position This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy compliance and timeliness in all reconciliation activities This position will be responsible for overseeing balance sheet and bank reconciliations supporting month-end close processes and ensuring audit preparedness The role will require close collaboration with finance teams in the UK and India managing follow-ups and providing oversight to ensure smooth financial operations Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Perform and oversee timely preparation of balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and completeness Manage bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly Support the month-end closing process by ensuring all reconciliations and related activities are completed within deadlines Coordinate and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve reconciliation issues and outstanding items Provide control support during audits by preparing reconciliation schedules explanations and documentation required by auditors Ensure compliance with internal controls accounting policies and regulatory requirements Act as a point of contact between India GCC and UK finance teams for reconciliation-related activities Functional Behavioural Competencies required Functional Competencies Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes including balance sheet and bank reconciliations Good understanding of month-end close processes and audit requirements Attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving skills Behavioural Competenc
