Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager – POSP Channel to build, manage, and grow our Point of Sales Person (POSP) distribution network. The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting, activating, training, and managing POSP advisors while driving Health and Life Insurance business through the channel. This role requires strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to lead channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and activate new POSP advisors to expand the company's distribution network.
Drive sales of Health and Life Insurance products through the POSP channel.
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual business targets for premium generation and policy issuance.
Conduct training sessions to enhance POSP product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Motivate, mentor, and engage POSPs to improve productivity and business performance.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase channel penetration.
Support POSPs in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy closures.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, onboarding, and regulatory requirements for POSPs.
Monitor advisor performance and implement action plans to improve activation and productivity.
Build long-term relationships with POSPs through regular engagement and business support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and efficient customer service.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, recruitment trackers, business reports, and productivity dashboards.
