Responsibilities
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes,
standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
Asset Integrity Management
Marine facilities PM planning, scheduling and day to day monitoring.
Condition monitoring of critical equipment's.
Field quality execution for non-routine, shutdown and dry docking activities.
History capturing of the PM, Shutdown and dry docking activities.
Prepare Revenue and Capex budget in line with the Annual Operating Plans.
Updation of Protected Maintenance procedures, Risk Assessments and PM Task Lists in line to latest OEM & Statutory guidelines.
Spares & Services planning for the activities planned in Annual Operating Plans.
Ensure that marine assets are kept in class throughout.
Ensure all activities are executed in compliance to site HSEF procedures and Contractor Safety Management.
