The Opportunity
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of Postman's recruiting function. In this role, you will ensure that every search runs smoothly from open to close — keeping interviews scheduled, data clean,



feedback flowing, and candidates well-informed throughout their experience. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build foundational expertise in talent acquisition at a fast-growing technology company. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, and will play a direct role in how Postman is perceived as an employer.
What You'll Do
Interview Coordination
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all active roles, coordinating availability between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers with a high degree of accuracy and responsiveness
Send timely confirmations, reminders, and logistical details to all interview participants
Manage reschedules and last-minute changes with professionalism and minimal disruption to the process
