PRADHAN INDUSTRIES Job Requirement - Assistant Manager Coordination Collaboration Pradhan Industries a leading natural graphite mining and beneficiation organisation in Odisha invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager Coordination Collaboration Location Rayagada Position Summary We are looking for a responsible disciplined and highly active Coordinator who will act as the central link between the Corporate Office and all operational units The role requires robust follow-up structured communication reporting discipline and on-ground monitoring of plant and administrative functioning This position is critical for ensuring smooth coordination timely closure of tasks compliance enforcement and proper implementation of management instructions across all units Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for 1 Inter-Unit Coordination Communication Closure Ensure all official emails instructions queries and communications are acknowledged and closed properly Maintain tracking of pending vs cleared actions Follow up daily until closure of all work items 2 Implementation of Policies Office Guidelines Ensure proper implementation of circulars office memos SOPs and instructions issued by Management Personally coordinate with Plant Heads Branch Heads Departmental Heads for compliance 3 MIS Monitoring Reporting Collect and verify daily operational MIS from all units Review production despatch maintenance attendance stock and documentation data Submit structured daily weekly updates to Management 4 Production and Despatch Coordination Support Monitor monthly despatch planning and consignment execution cycle Ensure proper documentation timelines and inter-departmental coordination 5 Site Visits On-Ground Review Visit units for 7-10 days every month Verify SOP compliance documentation readiness housekeeping safety and discipline Submit detailed site visit reports to Corporate Office 6 Follow-Up Discipline Task Closure Track all indents representa
