Factory Admin Operations Coordinator Google Sheets-Driven Location Bhiwandi Factory Industry Printing Packaging Manufacturing Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Factory Admin who will act as the single source of truth for factory data This role is critical for maintaining accurate day-to-day production records managing dispatch entries generating Proforma Invoices and coordinating across all departments The candidate must be excellent with Google Sheets proactive on WhatsApp and confident in handling client coordination calls Key Responsibilities 1 Data System Management Maintain 100 accurate daily data on Google Sheets for Production status job-wise stage-wise Raw material usage Dispatch and delivery details Update all systems daily without fail Ensure data consistency across sales production dispatch and accounts sheets Highlight mismatches delays or missing data proactively 2 Production Tracking Update production progress for each job Job received Sampling Printing Pasting Box making QC Ready for dispatch Coordinate with production supervisors for real-time updates 3 Dispatch Invoicing Make entry of all dispatches date quantity vehicle LR details Generate Proforma Invoices accurately and on time Share dispatch and PI details with accounts and clients 4 Client Coordination Communication Be active and responsive on WhatsApp Handle incoming client calls related to Order status Dispatch timelines Documentation assistance Escalate issues to management when required Maintain professional and polite communication at all times 5 Internal Coordination Coordinate daily with Sales team Production team Dispatch team Accounts team Ensure everyone is working from updated and correct data Follow up until closure no open loops Required Skills Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets filters formulas data validation preferred Experience in factory administration operations production coordination High
