We re looking for a seasoned HR Operations Team Leader to inspire and lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional HR support across the employee lifecycle In this pivotal role you ll ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end HR processes while maintaining compliance across global regions As the primary escalation point for complex queries you ll provide expert guidance drive team performance and foster a culture of service excellence Collaboration with global HR stakeholders is key as you work to align processes and continuously enhance the employee experience Please be aware that this role will require someone who is able to cover rotational shifts to cover global business hours for Australia Asia UK EMEA Current Zealand and the Americas Key Responsibilities Manage a team of HR Operations specialists work assignment overseeing day-to-day service delivery performance and development Demonstrate hands-on expertise in end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding transfers data management payroll inputs and offboarding Act as the escalation point for complex employee queries and team queries providing guidance direction and resolution Oversee and ensure accuracy in HR systems management including organisation structures reporting hierarchies and position management within Workday Ensure data accuracy compliance and audit readiness through real-time updates and controls Manage employee and team queries through ticketing systems chat and email ensuring SLA adherence Partner with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition Payroll and Compliance teams to drive process alignment and consistency Collaborate with global teams to balance standardization with local compliance requirements Provide reporting and analytics on HR metrics team performance and process effectiveness Drive continuous improvement automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience You ll be perfect for the role if you have Postgradu
