Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Manager for Client Success Partnerships on full time hours and working from home remotely.





As an Intercultural Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing training programs for learners and ensuring high-quality program setup and delivery, while serving as the single point of contact for coordination. Working closely with our Learner Success Management, Trainer Management, and Sales teams, you will:
- Manage training programs end-to-end, from authorization through delivery, ensuring programs meet service level agreements, client provisions, and high customer service standards.
- Support client growth and profitability by maximizing existing client revenue, converting authorizations and initiations, and identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional learner and assignee support by welcoming learners, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and escalating non-standard programs or complaints when needed.
