Job Description
- Provide legal support for project finance and land acquisition.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Ensure legal risk management for projects.
- Manage disputes and litigation when needed.
- Work closely with internal teams and external advisors.
- Keep updated on legal changes affecting the energy sector.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- A law degree from a recognised institution with at-least ten years of experience
- Experience in project finance and land-related legal matters.
- Prior experience managing a team
