The Global Client Implementation (“GCI”) department drives the successful execution of initiatives for external clients onboarding on our Front-to-Back platforms and CRD.

We are looking for a seasoned and delivery-focused Project and Portfolio Manager with a robust track record of successfully leading large, complex, client-facing transformation programs.

As part of the Alpha Business Project Management Team, you will drive the execution of strategic initiatives for both internal and external clients of State Street Bank.

You will be responsible for managing programs across the full project lifecycle, overseeing key project deliverables or workstreams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role is the analytical backbone of the PMO. It owns the production of all governance reporting, from weekly status updates to board packs and steering decks, and maintains the RAID log with the rigor required to make it a credible governance tool.
