Industrial Designer – Automotive OEM Accessories
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented entry-level
Industrial Designer
to join our product development team. In this role, you will help design and develop high-quality OEM accessories for the automotive industry. You will support the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept generation and market research to prototyping, specification verification, and packaging design. This is an excellent prospect for a recent graduate to build a foundational career in automotive accessory design, working both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments to bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities
Concept, Product & Packaging Development (Primary Focus)




- Generate innovative concepts and lead new product development initiatives for automotive OEM accessories.
- Conduct market, user, and trend research to inform design decisions. Create graphic layouts, line art, and imprint artwork for products.
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications, including carton and pallet layouts, along with all associated documentation.
- Create comprehensive installation instructions and detailed line art for automotive accessory placement.
- Prepare professional presentations and handouts for meetings.

Technical Specifications & Process Control
- Author sample requests, build prototypes, and manage physical sample workflows.
- Review and verify dimensions and specifications for both samples and production parts.
- Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and Specification Deviation changes.
- Develop precise product drawings using AutoCAD LT for customer and internal (RMS) use.
