Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse team of engineering professionals across multiple geographical locations.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive work environment.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and growth opportunities.
- Manage Server, Storage & Networking OEM customers
