What does this role entail?

Most of your time will be spent
designing protocols, training content, and ideating

on how to expand our therapy vertical: things that go invisible but make a huge impact on the client's ultimate experience. This is not a clinical, or a client facing role. You may interact with clients only to do user research.

You will not just plan, but also execute and manage the day-to-day working of a mental health startup- working to increase client and clinician satisfaction through knowledge development, data analysis, and experience design.

What You’ll Build & Own

As a Program Management Intern, you won’t just “assist”- you’ll
design, run, and improve programs end-to-end

:
- Design and run clinician training programs

from scratch- this will be used by doctors and therapists across Allo
- Create SOPs, playbooks, and learning resources





that simplify complex clinical workflows
- Work closely with product, ops, and clinical leaders

to build scalable systems and not just slide decks
- Analyse training and performance data

to understand what’s working and what’s not
- Read
dashboards, trackers, and reports

to answer crucial questions
- Take ideas from
problem → solution → rollout → measurement
