Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health,



safety, and environmental (HSE) laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Conduct safety induction training for current employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Organize regular safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, training, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for various work activities.
