Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Conduct training on product use, application, and advantages.
- Sales Leadership: Develop sales strategies, set targets, and support staff to boost revenue.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform live demos to showcase product effectiveness.
- Training Materials: Create and update training guides and manuals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on product trends and educate the team.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Assess staff training needs and provide feedback.
