Job Summary

We are looking for a
Senior SAP BTP / CAP Engineer
with solid hands-on experience in designing, developing, and architecting scalable applications using
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
and
SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
.

The ideal candidate should be able to
independently drive technical discussions, design end-to-end solutions, explain architectural decisions and trade-offs, and demonstrate strong practical knowledge of CAP and BTP services
.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working on
multi-tenant CAP applications
, cloud architecture, integrations, security, and enterprise-grade application design.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using
SAP BTP and CAP
.
- Independently lead
system design and architecture discussions
and provide technical recommendations.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering application architecture, integrations, security, persistence, APIs, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain CAP-based applications using
Node.js and/or Java
.
- Design and implement




multi-tenant CAP applications
using appropriate SAP BTP services and tenancy architecture.
- Work with
SaaS Provisioning Service / SaaS Registry
and understand their role in implementing multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Design and implement secure authentication and authorization using
XSUAA / SAP Authorization and Trust Management Service
.
- Develop and consume REST/OData APIs and integrate CAP applications with SAP and third-party systems.
- Work with
SAP HANA Cloud
for data persistence and application development.
- Implement application deployment and lifecycle management using
Cloud Foundry
.
- Work with
SAP BTP services
, including Destination Service, Connectivity Service, XSUAA, SaaS Provisioning, SaaS Registry, and related services.
- Perform technical feasibility analysis and evaluate different architectural approaches.
