Be the owner and decision-maker of design for major features in the consumer app. You will ideate solutions, design easy and elegant flows, and comfortably build out experiences using both design tools and AI/vibe-coding interfaces. Feedback is the breakfast of champions here, and you will continually iterate to raise the bar for quality.
- Ideate and implement solutions that overlap customer needs, design, and technology.
- Gather requirements, derive problem statements, and plan design engagements.
- Own the design for one or more major features in the consumer app.
- Comfortably build out experiences on design tools as well as AI/vibe-coding interfaces.
- Collaborate, conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and iterate accordingly.
- 1 to 4 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies.
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Principle.
- Experience designing using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Google Stitch, Figma Make, Lovable).
- Exceptional analytical skills to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actions.
- Excellent visual design skills (illustration and motion design are a plus).
