Responsibilities:

* Leading facilities management, workplace operations, and corporate services
across all India offices, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant day-to-day
operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
* Managing facilities infrastructure, including preventive and corrective
maintenance of HVAC, electrical, UPS, plumbing, fire & life safety, and other
MEP systems; overseeing AMCs, statutory inspections, compliance calendars,
asset records, CAPEX/OPEX trackers, risk registers, and continuously
improving SOPs and operational documentation.
* Directing end-to-end employee transportation operations across India,
including vendor management, service delivery, KPI/SLA monitoring, employee
feedback, utilization analysis, and
