We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Project Sales to drive business development and sales across the assigned market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, and Business Development , preferably within Fire Protection, Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Detection, MEP, HVAC, Building Automation, or Industrial Safety .
Industry: Fire Protection / Fire Fighting Systems
Working Days: Monday–Friday | Saturday till 5:00 PM | 4th Saturday Off
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Project Sales and Business Development to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Builders, Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and Enterprise/Industrial clients .
- Identify and pursue new projects and business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure .
- Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers.




- Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets .
- Build strong long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Travel for client meetings, project visits, and business development activities .

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant sales/project sales experience.

- Experience handling enterprise / industrial clients .
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
