Role Brief:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Employee Engagement intern to support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and internal HR programs.



This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA HR candidates to gain hands-on experience in employee experience, communication, event coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and enjoy working collaboratively in a agile environment to create a positive employee experience.

Requirements
- Regular MBA in Human Resources.

- Candidates with internship experience or academic project experience in HR, employee engagement, event coordination, or related areas will be preferred.
