As a Manager, Business Development, you will lead end-to-end category development across assigned business verticals. You will own the selection vision and growth roadmap, defining how Quick Commerce can become a differentiated destination for urgent, convenience-led, routine, and impulse missions across categories. This includes identifying whitespace opportunities, shaping category-specific quick-commerce use cases,



and building scalable selection strategies that balance speed, breadth, depth, and customer relevance.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team of category and business development managers, setting clear goals, coaching for impact, and driving strong execution rigor. The role requires close engagement with brands, distributors, aggregators, and sellers to unlock exclusive launches, quick-commerce-first selection, premium and imported assortments, regional relevance, and emerging brand partnerships purpose-built for rapid fulfillment. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Instock, Pricing, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to ensure selection is operationally viable, commercially competitive, and consistently available at scale.
