Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the primary design and engineering activities for high-voltage GIS switchgear.
- Interpret and analyse customer specifications to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Address technical queries related to GIS products and ensure adherence to IEC standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and company policies.

Requirements
- B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6-14 years of experience in high-voltage switchgear or substation engineering.
- Strong knowledge of GIS products and IEC standards.
- Experience in handling technical queries and troubleshooting GIS equipment.
- Background in the substation or switchgear industry is preferred.

Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
