We are seeking an experienced, highly strategic Business Manager to take full ownership of this exclusive business line. In this leadership role, you will spearhead the go-to-market strategy, business development, and market penetration for this premium CRM solution across the state. You will be the primary driver of B2B client acquisition, ensuring local enterprises and SMBs leverage this powerful technology to transform their sales and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
Regional P&L; & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to maximize our exclusive CRM partner's market share in Kerala, taking ownership of revenue targets, sales forecasting, and profitability for this specific business line.
Market Penetration & Sales: Lead high-level B2B customer acquisition,
managing the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstration to complex negotiations and closing.
Strategic Positioning: Design localized go-to-market strategies and competitive pricing frameworks tailored to the specific needs and purchasing behaviors of businesses in Kerala.
Implementation Oversight: Work closely with our internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and customization of the CRM for recent clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Principal Partnership Management: Act as the strategic bridge between Manvish Info Solutions and our CRM principal partner, ensuring our local sales and marketing efforts align with their overarching product roadmap and global best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
