Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply
Salary: 18,000 – 31,000 Take Home (Based on experience & interview)
Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab (Within 20 km Radius)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities




- Handle customer queries professionally through voice/chat/email process.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Positive communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
