We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Export (Air & Sea) to manage customer relationships and coordinate export shipments from booking through final delivery.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international freight forwarding, air and sea export operations, export documentation, shipment tracking, and customer service . Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for export customers handling Air and Sea shipments.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and CRM platforms .
- Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, deviations, and proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term customer relationships .
- Keep customers informed about shipment progress and resolution timelines.

Export Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation teams, carriers, consolidators, and agents .




- Ensure accurate and timely booking of Air & Sea export shipments .
- Follow up with carriers, consolidators, and overseas agents for space availability and booking confirmations .
- Track shipments and proactively identify and resolve delays or status exceptions.
- Coordinate with carriers, port authorities, customs, and other partners to expedite shipment-related issues.

Export Documentation
- Review and verify export documents, including:
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Air Waybill (AWB)
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Other relevant export documentation
- Coordinate with the Documentation team to ensure accurate and error-free submission .
- Ensure compliance with applicable export and customs requirements.

Sales & Finance Coordination
- Support the Sales team with customer queries, quotations, and shipment-related information.
