We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, and profitability of the branch.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned logistics/freight forwarding professional with strong operational expertise, business development capabilities, leadership skills, and commercial acumen. The role will be responsible for driving branch growth while ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, team productivity, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing .
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and internal SOPs .
- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service delivery .




- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely shipment execution.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements wherever required.

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue, growth, and profitability targets .
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers for freight forwarding and logistics services .
- Support the sales team in lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and business closures .
