Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nellore region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the Nellore market.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including key accounts and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
* Manage the sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development,



and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management, preferably in the Nellore region or a similar market.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer base in Nellore.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Nellore region as required.
