Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer/patient queries through chat (Non-Voice Process)
Perform backend healthcare operations and data processing
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring data confidentiality
Required Skills:
Excellent written English communication
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
