Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Program Trainer for English Communication at SIP Academy. This role involves conducting training sessions to enhance the English communication skills of participants. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and experience in delivering effective training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on English communication skills for participants at SIP Academy.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and effective.
- Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their communication skills.
- Facilitate group discussions and activities to enhance learning experiences.




- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive learning setting.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants in a learning environment.
- Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
