This role is the technical heartbeat of our deployments, bridging the gap between our GreyMatter AI software (hosted on GCP), robotic hardware (AMRs), and enterprise ecosystems i.e Warehouse Management Systems (WMS Like Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of cloud software, robotics hardware, and complex customer operations, ensuring that high-velocity fulfillment centers transition from installation to peak performance seamlessly. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Testing (SIT, UAT & Performance) ? Take formal handover of tested product builds from the engineering / QA teams. ? System Integration Testing (SIT):
Plan and execute SIT to validate data integrity between the WMS and GreyOrange, identifying gaps in seamless communication and functional flows. ? User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Translate operational warehouse scenarios into executable test cases; lead customer super-user training and manage the sign-off process. ? Performance & Scalability: Execute stress and volume testing to validate critical KPIs such as Units Per Hour (UPH), robot utilization, and peak load handling during seasonal spikes. Go-Live, Hypercare & Post-Production Support ? Cutover Management: Provide onsite and remote support during the critical go-live phase, monitoring system health and troubleshooting live exceptions.
