Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Service Cloud implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting global SAP Service Cloud environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams.
Provide functional support for SAP Service Cloud solutions in a post-go-live AMS environment.
Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining Service Cloud solutions aligned with the global template and local business requirements.
Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management while meeting SLA commitments.
Perform impact analysis,



functional testing, and validation for system enhancements, releases, and production changes.
Monitor system performance and resolve production issues to ensure stable day-to-day customer service operations.
Support business-critical service processes by ensuring operational continuity and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with Service Business Process Owners, key users, and project teams to optimize service management processes.
Provide functional guidance, end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to drive user adoption and operational excellence.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other enterprise applications.
