Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Paid Ads Specialist to support our Digital Strategy Department. You will work on Paid Ad Campaign setup and ongoing management in this role. You will be responsible for audits, configuration, and ongoing management of paid ads campaigns such as Local Service Ads, Google PPC, and Facebook Ads.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audits of existing paid advertising campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Configure, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including Local Service Ads, Google PPC, and Facebook Ads.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.
Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation to refine targeting and maximize conversions.
Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Director to develop strategic recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and achieving client objectives.




Regularly analyze campaign data and compile performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Manage tasks using ClickUp.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: 2+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google PPC, Facebook Ads, Local Service Ads), with a strong track record of driving results for local service-based businesses.
Analytical Skills: Solid ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize performance; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics is essential.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies for local and national audiences, anticipating future growth in the broader client base.
Technical Competencies: Experience with keyword research, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to refine ad copy, audience segmentation, and landing pages.
Adaptability: Comfortable managing campaigns for local service-based busi
