Job Overview:
Role: Semi-Domestic E-Commerce Voice Process
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Shifts: Rotational Shift (5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs)
Salary: 18,000 CTC + 1,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)

Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of customer handling and voice support
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Ability to resolve customer queries professionally
- Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

- Handle customer queries and concerns through voice support.
- Provide timely, explicit, and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
