Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and performance-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic account management, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets while representing company's values and business objectives. This role requires exceptional business acumen, consultative selling capabilities, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding MediaMint's market presence.

Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Develop strategic plans to expand the company's customer portfolio and market presence.




- Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, market research, industry events, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and maintain healthy business opportunities at every stage of the sales funnel.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, business presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals, RFIs, RFPs, quotations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contractual documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring mutually beneficial business outcomes.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client accounts.
