Duties and Responsiblities
O&M; and EPC Administration Support:
Conduct annual reviews of Preventive Maintenance Management Plans and prepare maintenance trackers
Perform monthly reviews of Preventive Maintenance records
Oversee compliance of corrective O&M; activities according to contract terms
Manage and track spare parts inventory
Review of O&M; reports to ensure compliance with the contractual and operational requirements
Calculate contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),



including Performance Ratio and penalties or bonuses related to availability under O&M;/EPC contracts
Assist with warranty and insurance claims
Project Administration Support:
Onboard current projects into the Asset Management platform (IFS) and manage ongoing obligations
Review, identify, and track contractual obligations outlined in Project Documentation
Calculation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), green certificates, and energy settlements
Prepare draft Asset Management reports and fulfill other reporting requirements as per Project Documentation, including those for PPAs, market regulators, and lenders
