FLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region. Key Responsibilities:* Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India.* Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions.* Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events.* Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions,
and outreach programs.* Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline.* Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.* Maintain market intelligence and identify current outreach opportunities.* Travel extensively within the assigned region as required. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:* Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university.* 5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing.* Strong network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable.* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.* Willingness to travel extensively.
