Business Development Manager – Corporate Leasing to drive business growth within the commercial office leasing segment. This role is ideal for a high-performing real estate professional with extensive knowledge of the Gurugram commercial real estate market and a strong network of corporate occupiers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, building strategic corporate relationships, securing mandates, and closing high-value commercial leasing transactions. This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong market credibility, business development expertise, and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate current leasing opportunities and expand the corporate client base.




- Leverage existing relationships with corporates, occupiers, CRE teams, Admin & Facility Heads, Procurement Heads, CXOs, and other key decision-makers to originate business.
- Generate and secure exclusive leasing mandates from corporate clients and occupiers.
- Identify, pursue, and close commercial office leasing transactions across Gurugram and the NCR region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.
- Provide strategic market insights and advisory services to clients regarding leasing options, market trends, and occupancy strategies.
- Conduct negotiations and manage transactions through the entire leasing lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, vacancy trends, rental benchmarks, and upcoming commercial projects.
