Key job responsibilities

Define and validate complex program requirements across multiple stakeholder teams, solving ambiguous problems and proactively identifying risks related to Prime lifecycle experiences
2. Partner with engineering teams to create high-level technical designs and architectural for implementing solutions that integrate with various Amazon systems, ensuring scalability and performance for high-volume customer experiences
3. Drive end-to-end program management for technical initiatives that enhance Prime membership growth, benefit engagement
4. Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical constraints, making smart trade-offs between short and long-term requirements
5. Streamline processes and implement operational excellence procedures to improve concurrent project delivery while monitoring metrics and program health
